Restless Legs
Imagine that there is a large clock under the bed. Your head is at 12. You are on your left side and your legs are pointed off the bed. They are pointed at 4 o'clock. The left leg is a little lower. It's at 430. The right leg is at 4. The edge of the bed is around your knees.
So now your lower legs can move! You can twist your ankles. Wave your legs back and forth. One or both of them. This relieves the RLS symptoms well and can almost be done without thinking about it. Which will increase the chances of going off to sleep.
